Exhibitor Applications

C4 2025 Application Window Open Until January 15th, 2025

Artist Alley and Retail spaces are JURIED for Cherry Capital Comic Con. You are not guaranteed space just by registering. C4 Staff will reach out to confirm registration and arrange payment if you are selected to exhibit at the show. We receive many more applications each year than we have space to accommodate. Many factors play a part in our selection process, and we make every effort to provide a good mix and balance of variety on the show floor. Cherry Capital Comic Con is a comic centric show; creators and vendors with comic books are prioritized in our selection process. Registrations will be open until January 15th, 2025. Placement will be communicated by February 15th, 2025. All payments will be due by March 15th, 2025.

The Grand Traverse Resort offers electrical options for a fee. Electricity fees are charged per day.

Aisle 10'x10' Booth Options

$350 Each

Inline 10' x 10' booth with 2 qty 6' x 2.5' tables and chairs as needed. This basic 10'x10' booth can be added on to corner or endcap booths for this price as well.

$400 Each

Corner 10' x 10' booth with 2 qty 6' x 2.5' tables and chairs as needed.

$850 Each

Endcap 10' x 20' booth with 4 qty 6' x 2.5' tables and chairs as needed.

6' x 2.5' covered table with two (2) chairs and two (2) weekend badges. MAX of TWO (2) tables per application. Applying for multiple tables does not guarantee allocation if selected.

Artist Alley Endcap(s)

$345 Each

12' x 2.5 endcap with covered table(s), two (2) chairs, and two (2) weekend badges. MAX of TWO (2) tables per application. Applying for multiple tables does not guarantee allocation if selected.
